⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I want to share my experience at Paul's Place because although it started out frustrating, it ended with outstanding customer service. I placed a $30 order, but I was accidentally given the wrong order, which was only about $15. I paid for the order I received and didn't realize the mistake until I got home. I'm very disappointed. The food was excellent, but one of the females behind the counter (the one handing the food to go) was so rude and made us feel so unwelcomed. We placed a large order (large group). I grabed enough napkins for each person in the group to have a napkin. When I took the napkins she mad-dogged me and then mimicked me in a negative manner as she told the female co-worker. I heard and saw her openly criticizing me for taking the napkins. I love Paul's place! Don't live in the area but my kids do and whenever I'm there visiting I make it a point to stop to grab food! Honestly, they're burgers. Remind me of my childhood. They are so good! French fries are always cooked perfect, and the staff is friendly and efficient. It's definitely a night time vibe for sure! Highly recommend!
