The food and the service were great for a large party of 11 with kids. They took great care of us and understood that getting food out quick to the kids was a priority to keep them at bay. Steak was cooked great, prices are good and service was great (Thanks, D!). Well worth the stop but know that it gets busy so don’t be surprised if there is a short wait.

When I was in college at MSU, the Grill was located in the Cotton District in walking distance to my apartment. 20 years later, we visited the Grill in its current spot with our son who is a freshman at MSU. We enjoyed the Spring Roll and Steak Skewer appetizers. The Spring Rolls haven’t changed. They’re so so good. On our table was a Brunch Burger, Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo, the Fried Chicken Sandwich, and Shrimp Tacos. We enjoyed the food, the service, and the visit.

We were sat almost immediately by a super friendly hostess. Our server found us quickly and was attentive the whole time. The food came out sooo fast, and it was SO good. They have a complimentary birthday dessert. Prices were totally fair. Next time we’re driving through, we’ll 100% stop by. We got the steak skewers, Chicken Piccata, the glazed salmon and the brownie sundae. ALL fantastic.

Great service and food, efficient and pleasant. I had the Steakhouse Salad and could only eat half - generous portions. Brussels sprouts and spring rolls were good too. Checkout was easy though initially confusing on the tip - the percentage choices are chosen by the customer to add to the standard tip amount already included.
