Lots of BBQ places use highly fatty meats to make up for their inability to cook good meat without fat so they put out foods with 50% fat and 50% meat. Cherokee Strip consistently cooks great meat that’s both tender and meaty without tons of fat. Great prices, and great staff. They’re always nice and helpful. Highly recommend this place.

I went to college in Stillwater 25 years ago and at that time, had been to every rib joint in the city This restaurant has always been my favorite. As restaurants come and go in Stillwater, Oklahoma this one continues to been serving great food. Its was my favorite hangout with all my friends and dates over the years. I would recommend for anyone that likes ribs, try them out. I had a full order of ribs, green beans, stuffed jalapeños, brown beans, potato salad, and peach cobler.

It was delicious, the whole meal did not go to any waste. Great smoke, comfortable atmosphere, and wonderful customer service. There are lots of side dishes to choose from and a cold item selection as well. The price was reasonable for the amount of food. I have not had a meal here that was not delicious, and I have been going here for years. I mean, they have an all you can eat.. can't go wrong with a refillable plate.
