All their concentration is on the drive thru and thats it. You walk in and theres no one up front. The kiosk wouldn't do electronic payments, its also out of paper so you can't take the receipt to go pay up front. Had to wait for someone to be available to then pay, they looked it up thankfully. The kids area is absolutely disgusting. And mostly every table in the place. The trash is over flowing. I was there a while and it was never changed. There's food all over the floor. Theres spills and an entire tray of food up on the play area and the kids are saying how gross it is in there. Always di

This is the 5th time eating here and holy bejesus the service absolutely SUCKS!!!! 8 cars waiting fir food at the same time with an approx. 5-10 min wait. You gotta be kidding ne. School is out, college is out and still cant get food out in a timely manner. Wow. Its 12:42 on a Thursday.

They cant even get a mobile order right. I spent 20 dollars just to receive a chicken biscuit, a regular biscuit and two hash browns. Where are my three burrito? I didnt receive them. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! I would have gone back but I was on the highway before I realized their mistake. My own fault and IF I go back I'll be sure to check the bag before I leave the parking lot. SO FRUSTRATING!

I'm not one to usually make a fuss but this visit was nothing short of extremely frustrating. First I ordered a mobile order and had to wait 20~ minutes for my order. They didn't even get my mcflurries at first and I felt ignored trying to wait for them so I asked for them at the front counter. The lady was very nice about getting them immediately but upon looking inside my regular was half filled... my daughters was a mini and filled all the way. I saw another order with ice cream get handed to a customer and the cone was towering. I feel a bit cheated on my order and time today to be honest.
