After attending a funeral today with my family, we stopped at McDonald’s. My mother was told by an employee to “take her ssa somewhere else” simply because she requested her order be bagged separately from other family orders. What was even more disappointing was management’s response. The manager (TK) refused to provide her name or the employee’s name and showed little concern for how we were treated. Also, proceeded to shut the door in our face. McDonald’s corporate leadership needs to address the lack of professionalism, respect, and accountability shown to grieving customers.

I went inside this location on Sunday, May 03, 2026 and placed a to go order through the Kiosk for the first time. The kiosk was easy to use. The restaurant was clean and nice and the staff was friendly and attentive. It appeared that they enjoyed working together. Once I opened my bag of food it was found to be hot and fresh. The young man who handed me my order said to me "come back tomorrow." I smiled knowing I would most likely not be back tomorrow but his words made me feel appreciated as a customer. I will return to this location. Keep up the good work and Thank You all for being so kind

Unfortunately I can not give this place a great rating. Why you asked, I ordered a breakfast egg, cheese mcmuffin with a coffee, cream and sugar. When I received my food I was missing my egg from the sandwich. Employee informed me 8 would have to pay for it, ok let me have the egg. She later decided not to charge me but as I began to prepare my coffee, I had no cream or sugar.

I ordered breakfast for my grandparents. They love their coffee in the morning with their little McMuffin every time I order them breakfast this location never puts sugar or cream in my grandparents, coffee and you can’t never call cause when you call up there the phone does not ring it just stays silent. I’m trying to get my grandparents to start having breakfast somewhere else cause McDonald’s does not care about their customers they’re 76 years olds they just want that little sugar and creamer I couldn’t even call to ask them could they please make sure that they put it in there before it w
