The mgr at Montvale Ave very sweet, polished and professional woman said she was from Guatemala. She helped us with our orders and had someone bring it to our table and was very pleasant when I asked some other questions. This McDonald's is great I tried to leave a message on the phone number on the receipt but as usual no one answers cuz franchise owners don't care. But the employees and managers always care. It shows because they always do a good job and they're well-trained and supervised. Top shelf six stars

WHERE'S MY FRIES??? I recently went to the McDonald's located in Woburn Massachusetts and ordered their new special Minecraft Big Mac meal! I ordered two of these Minecraft Big Mac Meals for $30! First of all the price alone was ridiculous! I don't know what McDonald's is thinking but I can't imagine any Burger Company charging $30 for two Big Macs and two fries! Anyhow when I looked inside the Box I noticed it came with a medium french fry however they filled it up barely halfway! The food I received tasted great but I just didn’t expect to receive just a top side of the bun! That after a ten minute wait in the drive through. But the people were professional and I’m sure the job isn’t the easiest. I will give it another chance!
