Service was ok… I ordered 3 regular soft tacos with no lettuce and they were nothing more than plain ground beef with a little melted cheese. Something about them tasted odd. Fast food is just way overpriced nowadays. Restaurant was clean and quiet but that’s how one should be.

I have never been to a better Taco Bell in my life. I go here quite frequently. The customer service and hospitality and kindness of the entire staff is overwhelming and outstanding. Even when they’re extremely busy, they are never rude to me. Every fast food place gets things wrong sometimes, and I’m not gonna lie and say they never get my order wrong, but they get it right far more often than any other fast food restaurant in Akron and Kent for sure. I really just have no bad things to say about this Taco Bell.
