Dear Panera Bread Team, I am writing to report a very unpleasant experience I had yesterday at one of your locations. I ordered a salad, and while I was eating, I discovered a fly at the bottom of the plate. This was extremely disturbing and caused me to stop eating immediately. In addition, some of the lettuce appeared to be spoiled. This situation is unacceptable, as it raises serious concerns about food safety and quality standards. I love this Panera! The service is great, the food is delicious, and the atmosphere is great. During a few days of the week, I also love to stop by and work too! So it’s perfect for anyone else who works from home. (Shoutout for the outlets lol) Also a huge shoutout to Sarah!!! I really appreciated the help with my order!

Most fast food restaurants tell you they have a drive-through, you expect the service to be quick because that’s what drive-throughs are for. This Panera on the other hand, uses their drive-through service like a lounge. I waited 10 minutes for a bagel and cream cheese and a lemonade. I had a place to be after so I had to leave without my order because that’s how long they will take for one of the most simple orders you can possibly have.
