Whenever I'm in a town with a Cook Out I'm going! I usually visit for the milkshakes they have over a dozen and some are seasonal such as eggnog (Dec). The milkshakes are really thick and it comes with a spoon as well as a straw which isn't used the first few minutes. Cook Out also puts a ton of whatever ingredient you ordered i.e. snickers, oreo's,toffee, etc. I wish they had Cook Out in my area.

The Reese's peanut butter cup milkshake was fantastic. The quesadilla was good. The price was good. Everything was ready quickly. I have no complaints. Speaker wasn't working so well on the left lane. Other than that all in all good time.

They were “out of ice cream”… also out of hushpuppies. At the drive thru box the cashier seemed to be having a hard time understanding me? Kept saying the wrong thing than what i told her (I wanted fries since they didnt have hush puppies and she said onion rings?) I asked for a large drink and got a medium one. So service not great, she was not very friendly either. The food was good though and after repeating myself a good few times order was correct minus the drink. Extremely disappointed that they were out of ice cream somehow

The chilli taste burnt, I asked for extra slaw I didn't get that. I asked for a large drink and im pretty sure they gave me a medium. When I asked the cashier, if this was a large, she said yes I dont think so but whatever. The customer interaction for little to none. The fact people are spending their dollars for bs is beyond me at this point. Will not be returning.
