WISH I COULD RATE EVERYTHING A ZERO STAR. Service was crap. Slammed the door in my face after I sat for 45 for my food. “ heard your order wrong” first associate(younger white girl with purple hair) also proceeded to roll her eyes every time she walked past our car even before ordering; in our opinion we felt that there was a homophobic reasoning while we sat in the car, as when she gave service to the truck next to us she gave excellent service to a straight couple, very poor customer service skills while taking our order over the speaker, very short and too the point giving no time to choos

I like this sonic a lot. Sometimes you have to wait, but whatever. The cherry frosty is addictive. the sonic burger is really good as well. The tots! Don't get me started on those tots. Let me tell you boiiii. Really good.

Horrible customer service. Waited over 20 minutes for a slush and onion rings after placing a mobile order that said it was already ready. I pressed the button to speak to someone and they acted like I was bothering them to do their job. People pulled up with large orders and came and left before I got 2 things that were supposedly already ready to come out. Don’t have to worry about me coming back.

Would be nice if they knew how to read directions on the order. Ordered sweet tea, got unsweet. Location on Dorchester rd is much better
