Absolutely HORRENDOUS experience. I ordered a salad and a pizza for delivery online. Was given a time frame of about 35-50 mins for delivery. After about 40 mins the online tracker said my order was out for delivery. I waited over an hour for it to show up and it never did. I called the store directly to check on the order. The person on the line said it should be there shortly. I said well it's probably not going to be good anymore if it's been sitting in someone's car for an hour right? They said yeah I guess, I can give you a refund. I said yes that would be great. They say ok, have a good

4-17-25 Tried 1 more time, looks as if the pizza was dropped on the ground see picture, the only redeeming quality was 4 bottles of Coke and a REFUND. GOING OUT OF BUSINESS I have used Dominos delivery for years, being from Detroit where Dominos HQ is, I have had great service, in the last 2 delivery's both have been a complete cluster. I am currently waiting on a pizza that was ALL wrong, spoke to the manager 'nicely" its been an hour now. Driving over and getting a refund. Then contacting Ann Arbor Michigan HQ. I have never given such a terrible review EVER.

Took over an hour for TWO pizzas to be made. Placed an order at 9pm on a Wednesday night, 10:15pm and they STILL aren’t done. Please close the store if yall dont feel like working. Because good lord it should NOT take that long for some pizzas 😭

Wont be going back to this location. Pizza over cooked, cheesy bread not cut, cheese looks all chunky not sure if its expired or what the deal was. Aside from the terrible quality, one of the employees was using the f word one to many times. No customer should have to hear that type of dirty language. She also used the pizza turner to push down the overfilled garbage which was beyond disgusting. This place is nasty.
