I ordered the firecracker steak and shrimp plus the black pepper sirloin steak on the mobile app. I got the black pepper sirloin steak for free since I put my birthday in in the app but I had to purchase an appetizer or entree or side. It was a short wait time since only one person was in line ordering and another person had to pick up and order but it wasn’t done yet. No matter how many times I order from this location, the food is always dry, they NEVER give soy sauce or chili even though its requested through and delivery services. Constantly disappointing quality and service, my mistake for ordering more than once from this location

Food is ok here, but if you order online for pick up, DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ORDER. First time we went, we ordered Teriyaki chicken and Kung pao, when we got home we saw that they didn't give us the Teriyaki chicken. Didn't feel like going back, so we let it go and kept coming here but double checking the order. Didn't double check today and there was no Teriyaki chicken AGAIN. We let it go the first time, but twice is too much.
