If you want a burger…. GO HERE! They have won best burger in the state the last 3 years and 4 other times in the last 10. The burgers are big and good meat. There are some very interesting ones. I had one with strips of steak on top and horse radish. Delicious. The pretzel appetizer was big and super soft. Get the cheese with it. The sweet potato fries were excellent. The tots were a disappointment. Service was very good. The place is nothing special. My one disappointment was my burger was medium rare instead of rare

Weird experience. We are in Syracuse for the weekend and tried to eat here as out of towners. Entered. Waited to be seated. And waited. And waited. The server told us we’d be seated shortly. Then she proceeded to take other people’s orders, clear tables, and generally run around taking care of other customers. Not sure how long it takes to seat customers… but after about 15 minutes we left as we still hadn’t been seated…
