I asked for no onions on my burger 3 times, I said it at the drive thru twice when theyvasked me to repeat mysleft, then at the window when the guy repeated my order to me. I had to park to the side of the building to wait, when I got home to eat guess what!? Onions.

I arrived at this McDonald's today in the Play Place area and there was so much old food on the floor even though nobody else was in the room. I picked some of it up and threw it away so my kids wouldn't eat old nasty food from the floor. I told an employee at the order station and nobody came in to sweep. There were also no disinfecting wipes in the wipe stand which itself was sticky, dirty, and nasty. I will definitely not be returning to this place!!!

If you want to pre order on the app where they can supposedly track your location to make sure your order is ready when you arrive, just to have to be asked to park and wait for 10 minutes while they serve everyone else who pulled up after you. Only to receive cold food and wrong items this would be the place. This McDonald’s needs new management, employees, and training. Also they charged me for food I never received and they said I would be refunded. I never was. Had my credit card dispute the charge and they handled it. This place sucks

To go in there in the morning when there’s no other customers in the dining room, nobody in the drive-through order one breakfast sandwich and stand there and wait for 10 minutes to the point where you can’t even get your sandwich cause you gotta go to work and actually do your job unlike the people they have working at this McDonald’s you guys wanna raise prices yet quality goes to shit and so doesn’t the service nobody wants to order on a kiosk. Nobody wants to use the app anymore. You guys are allowing rude inconsiderate people in your restaurants to be working. Unacceptable.
