Stopped in today and had a great experience. Everyone was polite, professional, and genuinely seemed to care about the customers. The employee taking our order was still in training, and I was especially impressed with the person training him. They were patient, respectful, and supportive, the kind of leadership you hope to see in any workplace. The food was fresh, hot, and tasted great. The team was attentive throughout the visit and made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. It’s clear they take pride in both their customer service and their work. I came on my break a few days ago, and I couldn’t even eat the burger I had to give it to my dog. Would go back and complain but I did not have time. The bacon was terrible tasted like chalk, the patty terrible , their meat quality is terrible not sure how they are still open for business. The service was pleasant not bad, inside was outdated but still had a bit of charm to it. Oh and it was pricey 16$ meal !!!! Really felt like I wasted my time and money. Will never get a burger from here again.

I have always loved A&W but living in OH I don’t get to enjoy it anymore. They have some restaurants down here but they’re not the original recipe for example the first time I tried one I asked for a foot long coney and the girl told me “we are not subway” This place was so good! Reminded me of my childhood I bought some souvenir mugs and let my family try what I’m always raving about. Everyone enjoyed their meals and the young people working were so polite and hard working individuals! Thank you for the great experience

Tiegen greeted us right away and was very professional. He was a pleasure and very accommodating when we asked if he would take our picture for this survey. Food was really good just like we remembered. It's been years since we had A&W. We are on a food tour and we choose A&W for the "A" restaurant.
