Ordered rib tips from here and buy was I disappointed. If you like then burnt. If you want bones and grissle this is the place for you. I will never order them again. As far as jumbo shrimp and wings you can forget that also. I was at a friend's house and we ordered them and yeah what a disappointment. They quit selling their chicken so we now just go to Karl's. Happy's use to be good but they have declined so bad and they don't care. I want going to put a review but I thought I wouldn't be happy if I wasted my money when someone could've saved me.

I called and placed an order based on their ad advertisement. The website gave me an issue so I called the store and the first person I spoke to told me to order it on the website and check cash. I did that and it wouldn’t go through so I called the store back and the second person told me that that was no longer available and at the price was double of the website price. I explained that the first gentleman told me that it was the website price and he did not care. He argued with me about the price of a pizza and then hung up on me. This is the worst happy pizza store ever.

We have been coming here for over 10 years, but yesterday was our last visit. Took almost exactly an hour for one medium pepperoni pizza and a happy bread, for in store dining. Meanwhile, several others came, ordered, and left with their meals. An hour, combined with music so loud that we had to scream to hear each other, is much too much.

I’ve frequented this location for many years now as a local, and the recent treatment has been absolutely appalling. This charred disaster is what they tried to serve my family. What was supposed to be a cheeseburger was burnt to a crisp and sent out. Unacceptable. Trying to reason and find a solution, a call was placed to the store to try to figure out a solution as this “burger” is not edible. That orangey goop was supposed to be cheese. The entire burger, top and bottom buns, cheese, the patty itself, all blackened and hard. My family was treated like garbage and rather than respectfully co
