Diner. Old school, rock solid family friendly, forget about your diet and enjoy the meal Diner with a capital "D"!! Original Philips will feel like you set your clock back about 50 years. Breakfast all day and special orders don't upset them. My food was fast, filling and fantastic. I recommend the fried bologna. My coffee never ran out. I think my favorite thing was my waitress who seemed to read my mind whenever my coffee ran low.

10/8/23 I come to Phillips as often as I am able too and yesterday and today's trips were a real treat. All of the food here is delicious but I happened to inquire what kind of soup they had and discovered their Homemade Bean Soup. It is ABSOLUTELY some of the BEST that I have EVER had lin my entire life. I had some yesterday and also took some home for later and I also had some more today.
