Writing this one week later: On Halloween last week I wanted to give my staff a bit of a treat before going home at the end of the day. I needed 3 dozen donuts and 3 take 12s. One reg coffee, one vanilla, and one hot chocolate. I called multiple TH in the area and none of them could accommodate the take 12s besides regular coffee. I called this location and without hesitation they said they could do it. I went in and ordered it and Zee, Britney, and Shannon got to work! They really need to fire this whole team on days and evening. This use to be a great Place to get coffee. Food and drinks are horrible. This is suppose to be a peppermint tea with creamer.

Edit* - the cappuccino machine here is messed up. I just left from a different tim hortons location and the cappuccino taste is totally different, it taste so much better than the one here, it doent even produce foam that's how I know its messed up. And the owners have done nothing since my original review posting. Now, for sure I am not going to come to this location anymore. I have been coming here almost every other day for the past 2 years. Lately, for the past 3 months or so their cappuccino machine isn't working right. The French vanilla doesnt taste the same like other tim hortons W
