I gave 3 stars for the day shift. They deserve 5 star. However, the night I purchased a mobile order and was given a molded burger, I paid extra for a drink that I couldn't get. Apparently you don't get refunds from the mobile app. The 800 number is attached to door dash and then they couldn't find my order. After waiting 30 minutes for a re order. The manager he forgot some items. It was a horrible experience. The next day I spoke with the assistant General manager. She made my order fresh and had my lemonade I ordered. She was helpful and had empathy. The young lady from the night before

Waited 3 minutes at the speaker, didn’t get any lettuce or mayo on my sandwich. Terrible service should’ve went to the Ecorse location or McDonald’s

Usually this Wendy’s is great but this new guy moved to the closing shift is just lazy I’m hearing the mobile order doesn’t refund and I asked him to since this is the SECOND TIME WITH HIM SPECIFICALLY THEYVE BEEN “sold out of Frostys” the first time we got 3 cookies to compensate this time I was offered beverages which I don’t need more drinks if we already order drinks. I asked about refunding the item, I can’t do that …. Okay will do it in the app I guess and if we can’t I will be calling or my boyfriend will that’s a damn near 5 dollar item the closing service has been disappointing latel
