Went here for breakfast Sunday morning with a group of six friends and my, was it packed! Service was definitely slow because of the sheer number of diners and portions seemed smaller than ever before. Hash-browns were a little underdone. We had a great time chatting and talking before our food came and left happy, but definitely expect a wait if you go at a busy time.

First time visiting this location, and rest assured I will never be returning. We were one of maybe 3 seated parties, we waited for over 5 minutes to be acknowledged and seated and our waitress flat out said she didn't want to be there. Wish I had gotten her name... Our food was worse than subpar, pancakes significantly smaller than any other location I have ever been to and at one point almost had to go looking for our waitress just to check out. Me and my girlfriend were craving ihop and tried ordering delivery but the systems were down. We decided to call and Charley took our order on the phone and was super sweet and helpful. When we went and picked up our order she engaged in great conversation and made our experience very delightful. We will be back! GIVE THIS GIRL A RAISE!!!!🙌🙌🙌🙌 Also the food was delicious

Ok, so this was my first visit to this location and I wasn't thrilled. Our waitress checked on us twice the entire time we were there, they were not busy at all, maybe 6 tablesin the entire place that had patrons sitting at them. I ordered the sirloin tips breakfast and they were beyond overcooked. I asked for rare and there wasn't any pink in those bites. The New York strawberry cheesecake pancakes tasted like regular pancakes with strawberries and whipped cream, not sure where the cheesecake part was. I'm pretty sure that this location will not be a future destination for me.
