While the service is beyond exceptional. The food is meh and lacks taste. It serves its purpose when all the other places have lines and the local burger 🍔 king 🤴 is always packed full of no one. Points have disappeared on my account on the lack of patronage to this local burger king. But the staff is truly amazing and I thank you!

Updated 12/18/22: New staff! I'm a firm believer of redemption! I revisited the 31st location. The customer service has improved and the quality of the food is very good. The food was hot 🔥 and fresh. I love the flame broiled burgers!!🍔 The IMPOSSIBLE BURGER IS AMAZING!! 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

The older woman in the drive thru is rude. She was impatient with me when I had to change my order due to them being out of items. Then when I tried to ask a question, she cut me off before hearing my question to say "I already told you." She couldn't close that window fast enough. She also was barking at the other staff. We were also missing the apple juice with our kids meal and got the 4 piece but charged for 6.

I went last night at 10:33 through the drive through I had a family meal coupon. LADY WAS SUPER RUDE. When I was customizing the burgers the lady sounded annoyed saying it ugly I can barely hear you in a pissed off ugly voice. We took off not buying any food ruining it
