Last time we went. The adult woman who appeared to be the manager was rude and obviously uninterested in explaining how to sign up for rewards. Apparently she doesn’t have time for or appreciation for customers. All the young people making the ice cream treats were nice and friendly. Now tonight we go at 9PM (they close at 10 PM), but they already have the doors locked, chairs up on the tables, and only the drive thru is open.

Love the Mint Chocolate Chip. Facility is ok, not sparkling clean. Staff ok. Ice cream great ! Plenty of parking.

The only good thing about our experience (6/8/17) was the service from the lady that was helping us. She was genuinely very nice. The quality on the other hand was completely something else. We got a Strawberry-Banana smoothie and the brownie sundae. The smoothie had too much strawberry in it! They did offer to make it into a milk shake but they were completely out of vanilla ice cream. The brownie sundae - I have been sick since eating it. Signs of food poisoning... They were out of almost all of their ice cream, I could understand if we went on a Sunday or holiday weekend but not on

I have never been into a Baskin Robbins that was full of grumpy employees. They were snappy when I mention a flavor that they didn't have even though it said they did online. It's sad when you get treated as if you coming in is an inconvenience. I will definitely have to think twice about going here again, vs the longer drive up to Marble Slab Creamery and pay the over pricing for excellent customer service. They do say, You get what you pay for!!
