I don't know what is going on in this store, but it's awful. As a former restaurant manager of 30+years, these problems are managements fault. Looked to be fully staffed, yet it took forever to get our order. As you can see in the photo, every order was in the red. That's bad. At least a dozen people waiting for their food. Drive thru customers had to come in to get their orders. Do NOT recommend. They need to make some serious changes, with both employees and especially management!

Absolutely unacceptable behavior from the staff behind the counter. With over 8 people working behind the register it took forever to take my order, and there were no people in the drive through. When I walked up to take my order I used a coupon for the maple bourbon bacon whopper. And I had to wait a long time for it, and when I first got my meal it wasn't even mine, it was someone else's so I had to give it back to them, and the lady with the white/blonde braid in her hair was extremely rude about it. I walked into the store and immediately noticed the guy at the register scratching his nose and digging in his ears. Went to the bathroom and who knows if he washed his hands. It seems that the entire crew had the same problem. I ordered the whopper and it was cold and just thrown together and the fries were cold and burnt. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this location. I threw everything away because I was scared to eat it.

Went in early this morning. There was no wait but the food was old and cold. I asked for ketchup and was given several packs stuck together with a sticky substance. There is no way in the he'll her hands didn't touch it. She doesn't give a damn. #NASTY
