Ordered lunch there today. Ordered dine in but was given a take out bag. The chicken tasted like it was cooked last week. Very hard and shriveled up. Could not eat it The biscuit was hard and crumbled when I picked it up. I threw them in the trash. The mashed potatoes and cole slaw were fine. This used to be such a great KFC when Miss Dot and Miss Jackie were there. I don't go there much anymore because each visit is a disappointment. Today was my last visit.

Employees using rude language and yelling from back. One customer lef5 after not being served. How rude. We had to wait a long time to get someone to even look up so we could ask for someone to take our order. Poor experience.

I pulled in tonight, the one worker they had was outside smoking a cigarette or whatever. Pull around through the drive through she comes on sounding as If I disturbed her. Gave me chicken that appeared to be days old and dropped in grease to heat up. I asked for tea she said "we don't have any tea", I guess because it was 2vhours or so before closing it was too late to make some. This is the absolute worst KFC in the Triad and surrounding counties. I see why no one was there before me. If you don't want to cook get out the kitchen. Be the way the biscuit could have been used as a wespon.

Last week I went thru the drive thru. The car in front of me ordered and pulled around. When I came to the order area, I was asked to come in and order. I left!!! I decided to give it another go tonight. Got to order. I ordered a 3pc all white meal with an extra side of slaw. Got home and had 2 pieces of chicken, one you could classify as a nugget. The slaw had been out in the box with all of the hot food so it was warm by the time I got home. This location has serious ongoing issues and it will be the last time I ever go there.
