Came in with my husband since we have a three day weekend for 4th of july. It was busy but i didn’t feel like overwhelmed by the people or not taken care of by the staff. Everyone was very kind, warm, and welcoming. Decided to sit at the bar and order a mimosa while my husband got the $5 prickly pear margarita that was recommended by Andy the bartender. Okay this spot was such a vibe — part café, part boutique market energy, and honestly just one of those places you can hang for a while. Bright open space, cute local goods everywhere, and the funniest little gift section that had us literally rolling. It feels casual but still thoughtfully curated, which I loved. Food hit too — my absolute favorite was the coconut (açaí-inspired) bowl. The texture was divine — creamy, refreshing, and super satisfying. New Penny Cafe has some of my favorite smoothies and coffee drinks. Everything I’ve tried has been fresh and flavorful. I’ve dined in once, and it can get pretty packed and feel a little rushed during busy times. If you’re stopping by, ordering to-go is definitely the move. Great spot when you want a quick coffee or smoothie that still tastes high quality.
