Very disappointing experience. The wait time was unacceptable. There were only two employees working, and one of them seemed to prioritize DoorDash orders instead of helping the customers who were waiting in the store. I waited 40 minutes for a single ice cream. The customer in front of me finally received his ice cream, but the employee disappeared into the back before handing it over. By the time they came back, the ice cream had melted. I went in for 2 scoops of ice cream in a sugar cone. We'll it turns out you can't get that at cold stone. You have to get a "size. So I asked the girl helping me to just give me the smallest size but, use two flavors. That seemed to confuse her, and she said she couldn't do it. Didn't say why. When you go to Faars, or leatherbys and ask for 2 soops in a cone, that's what you get. And they will give you different flavors I left coldstone with way more ice cream than I wanted...which is why I just wanted 2 little scoops. Not going back. Too many rules. I dont want a quart of ice cream. Just

The workers here are always very sweet & patient. Especially when you don’t know what to order with all the options they have and they let you try the icecream first to make sure that’s what you want. The icecream here is very good and enjoyable and the store is well maintained and clean.
