Terrible customer support, terrible people that run the place. Just go to bald guys instead and dont waste your time with an "extra most bestest" cheese pizza. You'll get more cheese, sauce, and better people interaction getting a cheese pull apart from the bald guy himself. Don't order food from these clowns until theres another little casesars in town to give them some competition. They have no standards to be held to without another location here. Isaiah stole the show. Very impressive job of keeping everything moving and everyone happy and representing the brand. He even parted ways with each guest with " pizza, pizza". This kid's got customer service in his genes

This location is a joke. You shouldn't be able to advertise hot and ready when it never is. And if you try to use the app hoping that it would be ready that way......lol... good luck. It might be ready 20 minutes after the quote time... in other words, they usually don't even start your pizza that takes 7 minutes to cook until after you get there! I understand this location really isn't big enough to support the business they get, but learn how to manage it better than! Oh and good luck getting help from the cashiers.

I went in for a quick pizza pick-up and got a cheese pizza. Unfortunately, the pizza was cold when I ate it, (only 5min away from home) although the cheese sticks were still nice and warm. Since the main dish was cold, I was quite disappointed. The prices are always good, so I’ll probably return, but I just wish the pizza had been hot.
