I’m a DoorDash driver and want to recognize a specific employee at this location that I feel needs some kudos. Ellie (whom I honestly assumed was a manager) checks every box for what it means to be good employee. I spend alot of time waiting on orders so I have no choice but to observe operations and always noticed that she has a natural ability to step back and see the bigger picture when it’s hectic and busy. Whenever I come in for a dash and see her working I know she’s got me!!! Every employer needs more Ellies.

This seems to be the hangout. And when I say hangout I mean for the staff. I’m confused as to why they can be so caught up into their conversations and not tend to the dining room. I placed my order at the kiosk before 4 people that came in and placed orders at the register. I get my order after all of them. And the response when I asked how they get their food before me and I was here before them. “A young lady responded that the orders from the register go straight to the kitchen before the kiosk orders. 🙄🙄🙄. So once I get my order I got to sit to eat my food but the tables are completely

One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had at a McDonalds. I arrived at the drive through of the McDonalds at 693 Main St in Torrington at approximately 7:33 pm. I pulled up to the intercom and attempted to place an order. I spoke into the intercom multiple times over a period of about two minutes and received no response, while sitting with my window open in roughly 10 degree weather. I was at the local park. I ordered an ice coffee through the app. I figured great I ll swing by and pick it up on my way home. I get there at least 20 cars and the line is not moving. My father gets impatient takes my phone w my order number and walks in to pick up. They refused to give him my coffee and told him he had to go through the drive through. All I know is I paid for a coffee went to pick it up and they refused to provide it. It's not my fault they don't know how to keep the line moving
