Hello I'm here to tell you about my experience this is the most non-heinous Taco Bell I've ever been to. You can just take sauce and like possibly even use it on other stuff this is great this is way better than ketchup. Everything's good but the atmosphere just makes you look like you're in like a super space age restaurant where you should leave in 20 minutes cuz the seats will shock you

Best Taco Bell in the area! Every single modification we ask, they deliver. Nicest crew as well. I don't care about the long wait line since I know they receive a lot of online orders as well.

I hate to say the service is only 2 star. The people are nice, but the wait in torrington is nutz. Taco bell in general has gone into such decline. I'd avoid it at all costs. Go down to water street, above the OTB and hit up the new Mexican joint. Its authentic and the prices are probably better than taco hell. . For real. Go to that new place on water st. Its really good and so much better than the bell. . Same price too. Literally you will be happy for what you pay compared and with the difference in quality. Order that ship up instead of thay drive through crap

Absolutely unacceptable. The cashier, Kristin Z, overcharged my card. My receipt clearly says $16.73, yet my card was charged $20.01. That is NOT okay and was never authorized or explained. This feels careless at best and dishonest at worst. Customers should not have to double-check their bank statements because a cashier can’t (or won’t) charge the correct amount. I will not be returning unless this is addressed and refunded.
