Too bad there wasn't anything less then one star. Gave them one last chance not to mess things up...Simple online ordered with scheduled pickup, and order was just ignored. Was told no one checked or saw the order. Wouldn't even give refund. Had to contact my credit card company. Few people including myself missed dinner at work that night. Never again will I spend my money there. Place went way down hill.

Amazing unique food. Everything was great. The drive thru guy rushed me. I asked him to give me a minute to check the menu, he said sure, and 3 seconds later asked me what do I want.

I ordered a #2 which is a long dog meal To go, so when i was sitting and waiting for my food. the heavy set young white man who took my order then proceeded to put the hot dog bun on the grill with no gloves bare hands!!!!!! I then went up to him and asked him if he was making my food and he replied with yes then i asked if he could throw a new bun on for me with gloves. he told me his hands were NOT dirty. I gave him cash so he was touching the bills and coins before he touched my food, meaning his hands were in fact not clean. I was extremely upset but i took my food and walked out in a hurr

We come here often. We always love this place and duchess in general. But we drive out if town for this because they are always good. But today . Ehhhh maybe it was too busy. Got home and realized the long dog wasn't a long dog. Just a reg size the fries were burnt and hard. We had 3 combos. 3 fries.. all dark and hard. We ate none of them.
