Today, April 27th, I placed an online order for delivery. I ordered two Big Macs: 1 with added mayo, no pickles; 1 with no lettuce, extra onion. But I think this is ridiculous. You need to keep a closer eye on the people cooking at night, because this was done out of malice. I placed the order because I had just gotten home from work, and now they have completely ruined my meal. These people that work at this store are incompetent or cant read. After so many times of messing up my order*( I usually go on my break for work so I dont have time to check my order and have it re-made) i got in touch with the store owner he took care of me. Now I went back a few weeks later and guess what??? Order messed up again smh. I got an email saying contact door dash after emailing mcdonalds like door dash made my food or something. Never had an issue with this mcdonalds. I always come here when i get high and the food always hits but man. I was craving a fat big mac burger. I rate the fries at 5/5 but the biggy mac, I rate it a 1 cause now im high as hell and can’t even enjoy my damn burger cause the damn patty is missing. If i wasn’t up in the clouds i wouldn’t eat it but only cause i am im eating it cause im hungry 😒

So i got food off the monopoly menu a QTR pounder with cheese and I added bacon, which still was eligible for stickers and they told me it’s only for fish sandwich and big Mac’s which is false, on top of that said my mocha doesnt get it when it does I got it before and the worse thing out of everything there was hair on my burger absolutely nasty, didn’t get my stickers for monopoly because they didn’t honor it which to me sounds like false advertising and secondly hair in my food? That’s a no go for me, not the first time I got hair in my food at this location, will be calling the health insp
