Ordered a stuffed crust and a dinner box for carry out. The pizza came out with white crust because the dough was old (proofed the previous day) so i asked if it could be remade using fresh dough. I was told yes. They remade it as a circular pan instead of the rectangular pan because all of the rectangular pan dough was old. But low and behold after 20 more mins of waiting, same issue.
