Not sure what’s going on at this location, considering it used to be so solid and my go-to spot for Chipotle. Found a dead fly in my bowl today after already eating half of my meal. I had taken it to go, too, so it was too late to ask for a replacement. Judging from the other recent reviews, it seems like this isn’t a one-off type of occurrence, either..

Nope. The employees looked hostile and very sad. This guy had a line of 6 people and NOBODY wanted to get on the line. I felt bad ordering food because they looked so upset of having to make another burrito. Eyes rolling and all yall. Just a low vibrational experience. I rather go to another chipotle even if its further. Or go the oops. The food is not good when who serves it is so unhappy.

Went to this Chipotle today, Sat 4/25/26, after a musical gathering. At 9:38 PM, we were told that they will not be doing anymore sautéed vegetables. To me, that's the heart of the salad bowl . I always get the same thing when I go to ANY Chipotle. I didn't get what I wanted today. My sister is Vegan and that's the main part of her meal, she was extremely upset. Why charge the same price if we can't get all the items that makes the meal good to us? Is this policy? If so, it needs to be posted, because if I can't get what I want, whats the point of choosing Chipotle?

Uncook steak and also my chicken was uncooked(not pictured)… do not go here. I told them they need to cook the steak and they did nothing about it. They want to make people sick.. 🤧 food alresdy sucks and we pay almost $20 for uncooked Meat.. chipotle u officially suck!
