We went through the drive thru on January 31st at about 11:40pm and ordered the chicken nugget combo meal. These were the nuggets that were served to us. We did not eat this because it’s clear they are old, stale and not edible. I’m not sure who in there right mind would serve this to a paying customer. I’ve never in my life seen something so grotesque. I’ve already filed a complaint to corporate.

I’ve eaten better food from a gas station the pieces of chicken in my container Cantina burrito was crusty and hard. My empanada was like eating shoe leather. As far as Customer Service there is none hardly make eye contact with you when they give you your food and you order from a kiosk. You have to wave your hands to get somebody’s attention the sauce that was not stocked in the condiment bar.

I love this location the best because they are so nice and so effective I've ordered about 15 times here and I have never had a complaint about my order it is perfectly presented and they're really super nice so thank you guys I appreciate all your hard work you make my day so much easier 🫂💓

Another Corporate Cash Grab – I’m Done with Taco Bell I’ve finally had enough. Taco Bell clearly thinks their customers are blind, but we definitely noticed when you quietly gutted the Build Your Own Luxe Cravings Box. It is a transparent, pathetic attempt to squeeze every possible dollar out of the working person while offering less and less in return. Removing the Beefy 5-Layer Burrito from the standard selection is the definition of penny-pinching. You’ve taken a fan favorite and moved it behind a higher paywall or replaced it with cheaper fillers, all while the prices continue to climb. It
