Started off with the bacon jam. Very good smoky bacon with cheese, filling bread and pickled veggies. I got the meatloaf, again, a very hearty portion. I have lunch on Monday. Green beans had a nice garlicky flavor, mashed potatoes were the comfort food they are, and the meatloaf had an awesome gravy on top. Hubs got the wagyu burger. He liked the flavor but said that it was messy to eat. We will definitely be back though, maybe to try the dinner menu. We were a little too early on a Saturday.

The entire experience was amazing. The bartenders, the appetizers, the entree and dessert. Quality place to go. Fast and friendly yet still has great quality and a very good atmosphere. Unbelievably great food and service! We got the Chef’s Butcher Block so we could sample the smoked meats - NY strip, pork chop, smoked salmon, and andouille sausage. I really can’t choose a favorite - each was uniquely delicious, and we had plenty of leftovers for the next day. Also, try the crispy brussel sprouts (goat cheese, honey, bacon)! Our server, Yvonne, was simply amazing and very helpful with suggestions. Go here!!

Delicious! We have been here several times and it has always been a flavor filled experience. I say this because really they have unique dishes and they combine flavors that mesh well together. Tonight - cast iron bacon jam appetizer with goat cheese, this was bursting with flavors and really with bacon you can’t go wrong. Wagyu meatloaf - also delicious without being overpowering. Hatch mac and cheese is a nice change up and I love their Parmesan rosemary fries. Smoke pasta with grilled chicken - it is was so good with a grilled flavor and the sauce was cheesy/peppery.
