Chocolate frosty unavailable. But not even the biggest concern. I had eaten most of my jr double biggie bag and on one of my last few bites I saw what is pictured… a curly black hair. Melted into the cheese. Between the buns, between the patties. Absolutely disgusting.

The management had to change… the guy at the window SPIT out the second window as we were pulling up. Looked at us all crazy and left the window without saying a word. A lady handed our drinks without a word… the man came back to the window, wiped his face and grabbed a cup and dipped it in the ice bin w/out washing his hands. Had to go back in for an item left off our order-they were not busy. Now, kinda scared to eat the food.

It was about 10 PM and my food was FRESH. I didn't think it would be that fresh. Had to wait a couple of minutes, but everything was hot & fresh, so no complaints from me. It was no more than 3 minutes that I waited from speaker to bag in hand.

Tall kid at the drive thru was sullen, mumbled everything. Chili was weirdly too thick and beans were hard, weird flavor and texture, way too spicy, almost like a prank. Fries, soggy, not even warm, over salted to the extreme. Pure garbage. I was up in the middle of the night paying the price. Health inspector, go there NOW! STOP this threat to public health. I'm still sick two days later.
