They use AI to take your order. I’m not sure if it was because the rain was to loud or what but it kept messing my order up or not picking up what I was saying.

I checked google for the closing time for the location on 15th street and it stated that it closes at 2am we pull up at 12 a the working screams at us that they are closed. We then pull to the window and the window says 1am. False advertisement at its best

The wings bag felt hot, the bottom of the sandwich bag felt hot, but the burger (sitting on top of a fish sandwich) was tepid. The cheeseburger had tepid bread, a FLAT patty, and cheese that wasn't melted (a testament to the coolness of the burger), Service was great. The cashier was patient, friendly, and diligent.

That automated machine took our order wrong and didn't add all of our or so we tried to order at the window she told us she couldn't add at the window so we tried to cancel the whole order to come around and reorder but she told us to just pay for what was correct on the order and come back around and reorder what wasn't recorded so that's what we did but when we came back around to try to make another order at the window it's was blocked off by a sign like they were closed and the cashier was rude to us so we ask for a full refund we were told the machine was down
