Horrible. My pizza was supposed to be a large 2 topping pizza w extra sauce. It's seems like they took an already made Pepperoni 😳 pizza and put bacon on it and put it thru oven again. It was so crunchy and nasty. Pizza even had many dry spots on it, so it was like eating crackers with cheese and burnt ingredients on it. I tried to call Store 2x but was hung up on before I could speak to anyone concerning my pizza. I'd like my pizza remade. This is the 1st time I used this location, and I've never experienced this with Little Caesars. Very disappointed 😞

I would like to say this is probably their best location. My order is always ready on time and fresh. I placed an order today and was greeted upon entry and even offered napkins. The Gentry location could learn a thing or two from this one.

I would rate this a zero I ordered a pizza today July 3rd 2023 from this location on front and beckham. Once I got home to eat the pizza there was a fly literally cooked into the pizza. We looked at the pizza and noticed there was a black spot and look very close it was a fly which had been baked into the pepperoni and cheese. This is sooooo disgusting I will never eat here again.

The service lacks attentiveness sometimes. A lot of them are young employees and could get lousy and loud or just like a playground.
