Went for the baked goods & ended up sitting and enjoying a full meal. Meatballs, side of bread, two individual pies (bianco & margherita), and two cocktails. Absolutely delicious! Service was great from beginning to end. We grabbed dessert to go & it did not disappoint. Family friendly.

I try to visit this place anytime I am in New Jersey. NYC quality bakery in NJ. That’s pretty hard to find in my experience. The price is right for how high quality everything is. Staff is always friendly, the place is always clean, and in the new location at Artie’s it was fun to see the place go from breakfast to lunch service and not feel rushed out. I’ll be back, I always am.

Found The Breadstand while searching for a café to work from. Not the best setup for getting work done, but once I actually sat down and tried the food, I was sold. The bread is on another level. Went back a few times and this round I tried the sourdough, a cheese and jam danish, and a latte. Everything hit. Not really a “work café,” but a great spot to grab lunch, meet up with someone, or chill for a bit.

I decided to switch up my usual routine and visit this cafe/restaurant in maplewood. safe to say I made a great choice, from the spacious layout to the quality customer service 😜! I didn’t know they converted into a restaurant after about 11am, so I decided to get some lunch while I was there and again, they did not disappoint. i’d definitely come here again with friends/family; there is a parking lot in the back but spaces are limited so if it’s full you’ll have to find street parking. my only complaint would be that there aren’t a lot of plugs to charge your devices, but i guess it’s inte
