Located inside Universal Studios, the restaurant leans heavily into the Simpsons theme with bright, playful decor that makes it feel like you stepped into the world of the show. The space can get very busy during peak hours, but the upstairs seating area helps with capacity and gives you a better chance of finding a spot away from the crowds. Stopped in for lunch at Krusty Burger in Universal Studios and had a solid experience. We ordered at the counter, gave our name, and waited about 20 minutes for our food—which wasn’t bad considering how busy it was. We headed upstairs where there was extra seating, which worked out perfectly for our group of seven. Everyone was able to sit comfortably and enjoy their meal together. The food was pretty good, portions were satisfying, and overall it was a nice break during a busy park day. Definitely a convenient spot to grab a bite when you’re at Universal!

We can all understand that it’s a busy venue, but that does not justify the terrible service and attitude of the staff, especially those dispatching the food. Terrible. On top of that, the food was served cold. We waited 15 minutes for two hot dogs, one milkshake, and one beer. We went there to celebrate my daughter’s 11th birthday. We enjoyed the park, but definitely not the food or the service. Please avoid this place.
