I had a very frustrating experience at McDonald’s drive-thru. I placed an order for two combo meals and one extra burger. After paying, they asked me to pull forward into a parking spot so they could bring the order out to my car. I never left the area. They brought me the order, but it was incomplete — I received three burgers and only one order of fries, even though there should have been two. I went back to the drive-thru window and explained the situation. Instead of fixing it, they told me I had to go inside the restaurant. I specifically used drive-thru so I wouldn’t have to go inside

Worst service. All members ignore me while I was waiting to order. They all just stood and were just talking. They also failed to give our sweet tea and was given an unsweetened.

TL;DR: Slowest McDonald’s on the planet, still managed to mess up the order twice, and the tiny chaotic parking lot feels like a live-action traffic hazard—especially with Uber drivers blocking the only exit.
