This was a purchase through Uber Eats, and I am honestly mind blown by the service provided. The pancakes were falling apart and undercooked, the sausage was not fully cooked, the bacon was extremely hard, and I specifically asked for crispy hash browns but received them undercooked as well. If this is the level of quality you provide for delivery orders, you should not even be in business. This was supposed to be a buy one get one free deal, yet it still cost over $58 through Uber One, which feels like a complete rip off. I will regularly order through DoorDash from this IHOP. Recently when I had an issue with a delivery order, the mgr, Armando was quick to take care of it and went above and beyond my expectations. This week my family dined in late night for my birthday. Our server, Jarrett and mgr, Armando made sure to give friendly and exceptional service and make it extra special. Our server Beto truly made this breakfast an unforgettable experience! It's my son’s favorite place for meal, not just for the delicious food but also to watch the train live. Just went here for breakfast for the first time in years. Was served pancakes on a dirty plate - something green under the pancake. Gross. Let the staff know. No apology. No nothing. Response was literally "happens". Dirty dishes are a norm here I guess. Won't be coming back.
