Bagel was mediocre (Double Stack) Pros - Fast on completing order Cons - Incorrect bagel used ordered Jalapeño Bagel and received three cheese bagel - Bagel kept falling apart at every bite, very sloppy assembly - My wife’s bagel was horrible, rubbery texture to bagel, onions were huge and not properly crafted, ordered extra capers receive normal amount, salmon was very fishy and did not taste that well - Unable to refill drink because cashier had blocked the soda station with a table. Next time ordering Einstein’s Bagels, better sandwich, better assembly, listens to customers and crafts bag

Not sure what changed, but as of this spring the service at times on the weekends is EXTREMELY slow, despite multiple staff members present. Which is agonizing, considering how quick and reliable this place used to be :/ I feel forced to look for a more reliable alternative now, which is a shame because we love their bagels.

I remember going to another location in Dublin when I used to work up there. I was telling my son you really need to try some of the food up here. I told him The Farmhouse is more your speed and I went for my normal The Smokehouse Brisket. DEEEE-LICIOUS

A worker stood in full view of the entire restaurant with his food handling gloves on scrolling on his phone for a few minutes before putting it back in his pocket and returning to making food with those same gloves. Extreme cross contamination, health code violation, and plain out disgusting. Once I get to the register, they don’t have an updated POS system where it turns to tip screen. Therefore, the workers verbally ask you if you want to add a tip and physically enter it. So unprofessional and makes customers feel uncomfortable and forced into tipping.
