⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an absolutely phenomenal meal at Mercado. The menu blends Portuguese flavors with some fun fusion dishes, and everything we tried was fantastic. It honestly made us miss our trip to Portugal so much. The tofu bánh mì was amazing and packed with flavor. Even though there are some creative dishes on the menu, they stay true to Portuguese staples where it counts. Everyone has to get the pastel de nata — they’re absolutely delicious and a must-order. One of my favorites spots in Montclair! Their menu is so amazing that makes choosing one dish very hard. I Just try something different every visit. All of their ingredients are fresh and everything is made to perfection! Not sure what the key is to make everything not only look good but taste even better, I always ask myself why can’t we just get the same quality everywhere else?! This place is also a place to occasionally bump into some famous Hollywood people 🫢 . The outside area is pet friendly which makes this place even better! Thank you!

Food is outstanding. From the sandwiches to bowls to baked goods - everything I have tried has been delicious. Note that it can get quite busy and loud inside at peak times so keep that in mind if you’re looking for a more intimate place to have a quiet conversation. Otherwise this is a spot I will be returning to again and again!
