Last year was the first time I had a Northwoods while I sandwich and I thought it was amazing, And tonight I was able to get there and order another fish sandwich was not at all what I expected. The breading was soft and mushy and a lot of grease in my wrapper. Definitely displeased. Hope you can get this fixed.

we came in today for lunch through the drive-through after a trip to the ER. The staff was so polite and extremely hard-working. The young man at the window was very kind and the lady who brought us our food was awesome. Thank you! The food was hot and fresh.

Food was a little off. Broccoli Cheese soup tasted and looked like it was watered down with milk or something - basically inedible. Curds and chicken strips tasted like the oil was dirty or something. Probably just an off day but quality was noticeably lacking the day we stopped. Customer service was amazing and we were greeted by every employee we came in contact with.
