“Very good food, quiet atmosphere, quick service”

The food is fine for what it is. The problem is getting take out of any kind. There has not been a time when they’ve ever - ever gotten our order correct. At this point I feel like it’s my fault for not checking the bags before I leave but that’s impossible to check since they stuff them so full. Last time I ordered from the app thinking ok this way no communication errors happen. Wrong. I get home and realize they didn’t give me my salad. I go back and get it at the rest of the hot food goes cold. I get back home and realize they didn’t give me my coleslaw with my shrimp dinner and I was real

Our order was taken by Jacob, the manager, and he was so positive and sweet. He engaged with our children and made them feel important. He alone deserves 6 stars. The rest of the staff appeared to love their jobs and were seen visiting with guests and their children too. A great manager has that trickle down effect.

Went through the drive and ordered food and 2 medium concrete mixers. The person on the speaker was hard to understand and could not answer questions. I wanted a strawberry cheese mixer, strawberries were frozen and there were 2 piece of cheesecake. Very disappointing for a usually great place. We have to be on our A game at all times with so much great competition.

Picked up ice-cream from drive through. No screens anymore so make sure you confirm what you ask for at window before paying. I asked for 2 double scoops but only got 1. So just shared the double scoop. Didn't want to go back through ordering again.
