After placing my order, I wasn't given a total. The person taking my order was rude and seemed annoyed. She didn't include the light ice request on any drinks. Once I got to the window, I waited almost 3 minutes before being greeted, my greeting was "$68.39" with her hand out for my card. I waited 3-4 minutes before receiving my food. The worker at no point made sure contact or thanked me and shoved annoyed at every interaction despite my friendly demeanor. My fries were barely warm, stale, and half filled (none had spilled into the bag, they just were half full). One order was missing frie

Did an order through @doordash, and fries were missing nuggets were missing both frostys were missing. When contacting the restaurant spoke to the manager on duty on Saturday evening and she stated that I had to submit a complaint through door dash. When I messaged the deliver rep he stated he brought everything that was handed to him. Manager on duty was not the helpful and seemed to be very unbothered about a guest experience. Couldn’t even eat the food as we were disgusted 🤢

The terminal glitched out and allowed me to order breakfast long past the end time for breakfast. I didn't realize this at first, since I don't dine at Wendy's often, but the staff tracked me down and helped me switch to a lunch order of a comparable price. Great service and patience with my error, I will definitely be back to this location

Very disappointing experience at Wendy’s. The staff has a very rude and unprofessional attitude toward Dashers who come for DoorDash pickups. I’m a delivery driver, and every time I go there, it feels like we are treated differently compared to regular customers. There is no proper communication, long unnecessary wait times, and no respect for our time. We are also working and trying to deliver orders on time, but the staff acts like we don’t matter. If Wendy’s wants to keep good ratings and smooth service, they really need to train their employees to treat delivery drivers with basic respec
