This location is great. It’s new, clean and has large capacity to seat folks. We didn’t have to wait on a Sunday morning. Also we had an excellent server named Jose. He was super attentive and helpful. Great experience overall.

My server Rosanna G was so quick and attentive. She got everything right with my order, checked back on me after I took a few bites of my breakfast, entered the pan coins code for my free short stack. I treat myself once in a while and go out to breakfast and it’s always at this IHOP. This place is always clean and organized & stocked. The service is always amazing and fast.:)

Was in need of some coffee and decided to eat here since I was a so tired and sluggish. Was welcomed in and had the best service ever by our server Avis so not only did I wake up with the coffee, I had my spirits lifted up by her friendliness. Best start to my Saturday morning with some good coffee and will come back to enjoy another meal served by my new friend Avis. She is available for service from Thursdays to Sundays if you guys want to have a good experience. 10/10

It’s been a while haven’t visited. I hope I stopped today with my two boys and the experience was amazing thanks to Jose. Our breakfast went well and we had a terrific time. Coffee was always on my table. I really appreciate it. That’s the fact cause I’m a coffee over. And he came by multiple times to check on us that everything was well thank you Jose for the service you provided us. We really had a great time.
