I always thought they were part of the gas station so I never went. They were recommended by a Facebook post. Boy, have we been missing out! Fast friendly service. Small quaint old-school cafe. Lots of menu items and a Mexican menu! My wife and I came in for lunch. My wife ordered the bacon cheeseburger and fries. I ordered the turkey bacon Swiss club with fries. They came after a very short wait. Wow, excellent food. Very fresh ingredients! The fries are crisp and tasty. It was our first time here. It won't be our last.

Breakfast was scrumptious. I ordered breakfast #3 two pancakes, two eggs over medium with choice of meat I picked bacon which cooked just right! The pancakes were delicious! My friend ordered the Philly cheese omelette with hash browns. Coffee was delicious. Great service. Staff is really nice. Parking on the north side of building. This is a great place for breakfast and lunch place. Support small business.

This spot is a gem! Their breakfasts are the best around-be sure to ask for their Mexican menu. The steak torta my son ordered was full of flavor, huge (enough for 2-3) and the steak was so tender. I don’t eat steak, and I would def order this next time. Omelettes are fluffy and fresh. Coffee is bottomless and rich. Service is attentive and friendly. Prices are lower than other breakfast places in Valpo. Do not miss this place for your next breakfast out!
