Little salty on the carnitas taco. Fish taco has heavy batter. I like the nice corner on the street. Pretty easy and go place in the neighborhood. Take a little longer for the barrios to come but it was good.

People say this is one of the best fish tacos in greater Portland and they are right. I think it's near the top because of the total experience. Lovely place, lovely staff, amazing salsas of which there are at least four. Great chips. I still give it a five stars even though I think my fish batter was way overcooked. We thought it was pronounced like "Little Connie Joe" and we were expecting southern food. Boy were we surprised, and in the best way possible. However, Mexico is south of southern U.S. so maybe it is technically southern food. But by that logic, seals and seabirds are probably the MOST southern food. Anyway, if you like bad food, don't go here.

Tried 4 of the tacos, the best were the chorizo one and the al pastor, the norteno was solid, the fish taco was really hyped up in the reviews but it was pretty average. The chorizo and al pastor earned the 5 stars by themselves
